Laser Hole Inspection
● PANEL count : up to 3 HOLE count : up to 5
When you enter values, the measurement FORM (GRID) on the right will change.
● Operation sequence >> TOP to BOTTOM / TOP to MID (select one)
● The range (SPEC) must be entered manually by the user.
When measurement data is later exported to Excel, any values outside the range will be highlighted with a red background.
*** If "Hide Rectangle" is not checked
After measurement, an ellipse inscribed in the rectangle will be drawn automatically.
Both the rectangle and the ellipse will be displayed together.
*** If "Hide Rectangle" is checked
The measurement is completed with the rectangle, and only the ellipse will be displayed.
Font : Sets the font for image overlay.
Project Name : Enter the part number (e.g., ddd125) or an alias, and click the Make button.
A lowest-level save folder will be created, and all images and measurement data
from subsequent work will be stored in this folder.
The project name will be displayed at the bottom left of the measurement image.
Save Folder : Manages the top-level folder where images are saved.
Open : Loads a saved Project.
* You can resume a previously interrupted task.
* You can also reload a completed task for re-examination.
*** When the program is closed and restarted,
Once the program starts, it will automatically load the project you were working on and
wait at the last task you performed.
Export data to Excel
When the task is completed and you want to transfer the data,
Open the file C:\I-MAXPLUS\Laser drill Hole Size Data.xls
Click once on cell E5 with the mouse to select it.
Press the "Export to Excel" button in the program.
