Large-Area Mosaic Imaging Solution for Full Inspection
In high-magnification microscopic inspection, the primary constraint is the narrow Field of View (FOV). In inspection environments like PCB analysis, where understanding the overall pattern flow is critical, fragmented images significantly reduce analysis efficiency. INGPLUS’s image stitching solution overcomes these limits by registering multiple high-resolution images in real-time to create a single, large-area integrated image.
1. Real-Time Large-Area Image Registration (Example: Olympus BX53M)
The following demonstration shows the actual scanning process of a 5cm x 4cm PCB substrate using an Olympus BX53 microscope and I-Measure analysis software.

2. Core Technologies for Precision Stitching
Simple image tiling can lead to distorted results due to cumulative errors. I-Measure perfectly addresses the following technical challenges:
Correction of Physical Camera Alignment Errors: Any image stretching caused by a misaligned camera sensor is corrected through software-based XY Offset compensation.
Control of Cumulative Stage Travel Errors: Precise control algorithms ensure that image boundaries remain perfectly aligned, even after hundreds of repetitive movements.
Lens Distortion and Illumination Balancing: By correcting peripheral lens distortion and light intensity variances, we achieve seamless results with no visible boundaries.
